I understand that the apprenticeship pathway is a way for me to complete the required field experience hours for the courses in the school of teacher education in the school at which I am currently employed.I understand that I must be enrolled in courses at MACU for the course content that will be partnered with the field experience and will be responsible for any associated tuition, fees, or textbooks.I understand that this option is only available to me if the district agrees to participate via a formal agreement with the Oklahoma Public School Resource Center. I understand that my signature below grants permission for a member of the MACU School of Teacher Education to release the information contained in this application to the Oklahoma Public School Resource Center and my district employer to allow the opportunity for the school district to participate in this apprenticeship pathway.
